House of Zen is a private session Classical Pilates Studio. When you arrive you can wait in the lobby of the BizHaus. Your Instructor will be ready for you to enter the Studio at your scheduled time for a great private session!
House of Zen follows the CDC guidelines on cleaning procedure.

Donna has practiced Pilates for over 20 years and is certified by Core Pilates NYC, Equinox & Speir.
After a spine injury with C5 Disc replaced; she personally lives with the remarkable results of a strong body from Pilates.
Also, having a Dance background since age 2 to College Dance Team;
a lot stretching is implemented throughout her sessions.

Jackie has been an advanced Pilates and Lagree instructor for five years. She has specialized training for those with acute and chronic injuries, as well as post-surgery recovery. Don’t be fooled, she also knows how to get someone results, from weight loss to toning to stretching goals. Jackie is also currently pursuing her Doctorate in physical therapy at USC.

Nicole has been teaching Pilates for 5 years and specializes in working with the wiser population, giving them a great workout, filled with gentle stretching, strengthening, and range of motion exercises to keep the bones, joints, and muscles happy and healthy. Also, if you need to focus on increasing flexibility and unwinding after a long day from WFH, she designs programs that will help restore the mind-body connection. She loves long boarding, dancing, and cooking. Nicole is currently finishing her MPH and looks forward to bringing Pilates and wellness to more communities.

Shay is a certified Pilates and Barre Above Instructor. As a former dancer and professional dance director, she understands body movement and placement. Each session is customized for the client to achieve maximum desired results. Focusing on creating an inclusive and equitable environment to Pilates for all body types, races and genders.
Shay believes stretch and strength are the core to a
healthy mind, body and spirit.

Skye exudes a love and passion for Pilates, fitness and holistic health. As a Master and celebrity Pilates trainer, Skye has had the privilege of training anywhere from 88 year olds to 20 year olds and everything in between. She runs the gamut as far as her experience and knowledge and is as equally versed in rehabbing someone coming back from a serious injury as she is a professional athlete that wants to take their training to the max.
Skye specializes in weight loss, athletic performance/sports specific training, Pre/Post Natal, Holistic Modalities, Rehabilitation, and physique specific focused training. Skye tailor makes your program specifically for you, and is truly a master in her field. Backed by 12 plus years of experience in Pilates alone (and fitness and wellness for half her life) her knowledge and expertise is unparalleled. You are guaranteed to walk out of your session feeling transformed.
